Step 1 (Fill in online application form)

Complete the application form. you will get a pdf file with form # that will be use in the step 2.
After putting the verification code in the following form you will be redirected to the actual form.
To confirm your email address, a verification code will be communicated at your email address.
Step 2 will be activated after completion of step 1.

Step 2 (Submit online application form)

After completing step 1 please deposit form fee first.
Scan and save the required paid challan document as a PDF, jpg format. The same needs to be uploaded as required during the submission of application form process.
Enter Form No and verification code generated in step 1.
